Don’t just think it, build it

I help companies stuck on ambiguous supply-chain and operations problems by designing and building the actual working model

I want to keep building the fix inside a strategy consulting role, not just presenting it.

How I Think

I turn ambiguous problems into working models

  1. 01

Frame the ambiguity: name the actual question before proposing an answer.

  2. 02

Pull the data, however messy, before assuming what’s missing.

  3. 03

Build the model, not the slide: test the mechanism itself.

  4. 04

Pressure-test it with the people who’ll actually use it.

  5. 05

Ship the smallest working version, then iterate from something real.

Experience

Every engagement produced a working model, not just a recommendation deck

Student Consulting: Ernst & Young

AI & Data Business Consultant

Lille, France · Jan–Apr 2026

Built a two-stage segmentation-and-regression pricing model for a €1.5B-revenue industrial equipment rental company with 3,000 employees, identifying an estimated 50% improvement in pricing asset efficiency. Presented the recommendation to EY consultants. Ranked 1st of 10 teams, selected as the strongest project in the cohort.

Student Consulting: Inetum

AI Business Consultant

Lille, France · Jan–Mar 2026

Ran 10+ customer interviews and tested 5+ prototypes. Ranked 1st of 6 teams for best pitch and project, presented to Inetum’s senior management.

Student Consulting: Five Guys

Marketing Consultant

Madrid, Spain · Jan–Mar 2025

Repositioned Five Guys’ European brand from a premium occasional treat to an affordable premium option against McDonald’s, Burger King, Goiko, and Vicio. Built a pricing model across 3 core menu items quantifying the 0.25%–16.7% order-volume lift needed to offset price cuts, and a tiered loyalty program projected to raise repeat visits by 20%.

Student Consulting: Altura Coffee

Digital & Finance Ops Consultant

New York, NY · Aug 2026

Built a reconciliation dashboard and automated AR-triage workflow for Altura Coffee, replacing a two-hour weekly manual process.

Research

Statistical modelling, applied to how people actually feel

I’ve always been drawn to where mental health and healthcare meet the business world, where a pricing model or an operations fix isn’t just a statistic, but changes whether someone actually gets care. These two projects, from Quantitative Methods coursework at IE New York College, are where that interest turned into methodology: modelling what predicts wellbeing, and what makes a health system work at a population level.

It’s the same instinct I bring to consulting work: find the mechanism, don’t just describe the symptom. It’s part of why I want a career built around operations and strategy problems that touch healthcare and human systems, not just abstract markets.

Final Project

Modelling Mental Health & Personality Structure

Confirming four latent factors, then testing three structural models for how depression, anxiety, irritability and optimism relate to one another.

Depression is the bridge to lost optimism. Across all three structural models, depression was the only significant predictor of low optimism (β = −.55, p < .001); anxiety attacks dropped out once depression was accounted for. Irritability sat upstream, driving both depression (.68) and anxiety attacks (.67).

Stated on the record: these are directional hypotheses from cross-sectional self-report data (DASS/TIPI), not causal claims; worth confirming longitudinally before they inform practice.

Midterm Project

Suicide Mortality & Socioeconomic Development

A cross-country regression analysis of the 2021 suicide mortality rate, World Bank & WHO indicators (n ≈ 172 countries).

.202Adj. R²
11.84F(4,167)

Health expenditure per capita was the strongest predictor (β = .526); GDP per capita turned negative once health spending was controlled for (β = −.346), fully mediated by it. Income level and world region both moderated the relationship: high-income countries showed significantly higher rates, lower-middle-income countries significantly lower.

Durbin–Watson = 2.137 and max VIF = 6.43: no autocorrelation concern, and only one pair of predictors (GDP and health spending) showed meaningful collinearity. Development indicators explain part of the picture, not all of it; the team flagged likely undercounting in some countries’ suicide and labor statistics as a limitation, rather than smoothing over it.

Leadership & Activities

Outside the case studies

Volunteer · London, 2021–2022

Society of African Missions

Supported a fundraising initiative through marketing and advertising activities, increasing yearly revenue by £130 and reaching around 200 students.

Organizer · London, Sep. 2022

Community Clothing Drive

Created and coordinated a clothing drive for a local shelter.

Purpose

Fast, Effective, Real

I want to keep doing this inside professional services: supply chain and operations problems, for companies across sectors, where the recommendation and the working model are the same artifact. Big 4 or MBB, on the ops team, in the room where the fix gets built.
